Teresita is a charming villa where tranquility, space, and character come together
effortlessly. The property radiates a warm, relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by high ceilings,

from places like Morocco. Throughout the house, you’ll find stylish designer pieces from
brands such as Philippe Starck, Gandia Blasco, and Missoni, adding to the villa’s distinctive

The villa sits on a generous plot with ample outdoor space and a large grassy garden,
making it especially well-suited for families with children. Its location is ideal: close to the
charming village of Es Cubells and the popular beach of Es Torrent with its famous
restaurant Ses Boques. Iconic spots like Es Vedrà and the hidden natural area of Atlantis are
also just a short distance away.

Inside, the villa features an open-plan living space where the lounge, kitchen, and bar flow
seamlessly into one another. The bar, complete with stools, creates a sociable hub for
gathering. Both indoors and outdoors, there are spacious dining tables that comfortably seat
up to eight guests. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a TV with DVD player, and a
high-quality sound system, with direct access to the terrace. The house boasts stunning
views over the Mediterranean sea, all the way to Formentera.

Teresita offers everything needed for a relaxed stay for up to eight guests. The villa is
spacious and fully air-conditioned. Outside, you’ll find an impressive 5 x 15 meter swimming
pool, multiple lounge and sunbathing areas, various terraces, a large lawn, and plenty of
parking space.

The property has four bedrooms in total, three of which are available for holiday rentals.
These rooms are fitted with double beds and each comes with its own en-suite bathroom,
air conditioning, and a private terrace

The fourth bedroom is located separately from the main house and features a unique
outdoor bathroom with a shower. This room is intended for non-holiday rental purposes.
